Easy Almond & Chocolate Rebel Bites
This is so easy that even I can't mess it up. I keep them in the fridge for chocolate emergencies!
INGREDIENTS
100g dark chocolate (choose an organic brand made with at least 75% cacao)
30g almond butter (choose a brand made with almonds and nothing else added)
50g roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces, and place these in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie (place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).
Once melted, add the almond butter and roasted almonds and mix until everything is combined.
Pour into silicone molds or a container lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle it with salt and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
Once set, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
You can also get creative and use hazelnut butter and hazelnuts, or add granola instead of roasted nuts.
